Peter has spent most of his life mountaineering. He now sails his boat mainly around the west of Scotland.

Of late, his inspiration has derived from the local Pennines.

Never without a sketchbook, subsequent studio work captures the essence of his experience.

Peter has led summer schools in France and Scotland.

He studied Art in Leeds and Cardiff and has exhibited in the UK and France.
